Description

Bent Oak Golf Club / Bunker's Grill is seeking an experienced Restaurant Bar & Grill Manager / Chef.
Qualified applicant must possess the following:

Must have at least 3-5 years experience in Food and Beverage management and back of house operations
Must have extensive cooking and prepping experience with the ability to prepare the food and manage financial responsibility at the same time.
Daily financial and budget planning, execution and pro formas
Have the highest standards of integrity, professionalism and hospitality
Have an advanced knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
Possess proficient computer, POS
Have an incredible work ethic

$40,000-$60,000 Total Compensation Package based on experience

Includes:
Self Pay Group Health Insurance available
All meals while on duty

Paid vacation after 6 months on continuous employment
