Bistecca Steakhouse and Wine Bar, the newest venture for the PIPA Group, is a comfortable steakhouse that is "Raising the Steaks" at the Meadows Racetrack and Casino. Located on the Sky level, Bistecca offers spectacular views of both the racetrack and casino floor. Our guest can enjoy a full meal or appetizers and drinks in our lounge, patio or dining room.

Our Chef has delivered a classic American steakhouse menu with a strong Italian influence and incorporation of local foods. The wine list has a strong emphasis on Italian and American wines with more than 150 selections by the bottle and more than 20 offerings by the glass, each offering a perfect match with our wine loving steaks and seafood.

Two beautiful private dining rooms can accommodate 14 to 21 guests per room, and five private suites that can accomodate 20 to 80 guests.

Dinner: Sunday through Thursday: 4:00pm - 10:00pm. Friday and Saturday 4:00pm to 11:00pm
