Don't cry for me Argentina. The truth is it's right here in Rockville.

Jackie's is not just your ordinary tapas bar. This classy yet casual restaurant has a distinct Latin-American feel with a warm and inviting atmosphere. Come and sample the variety of cold and hot tapas along with their perfect wine pairings. Here it’s all about small tastes with big smiles.

If you feel like dancing a tango while you’re here, that’s no accident. Jackie’s owner’s Argentinean roots are evident in the delectable food and wide variety of Malbecs imported from their motherland. Not really familiar with Malbecs? Allow Tom Risen, your knowledgeable host, to introduce you to the world of these complex and rich Argentine reds of which Jackie’s boasts thirteen varieties, including ones from kosher wineries. He can also suggest wonderful food accompaniments to enhance your taste excursion to the land of the Andes. For something a little different try an Argentine sweet vermouth with club soda. Tom will be more than happy to talk to you about it all – the food, the wine, and the way they combine… (and how all this rhymes…)

If your tastes run more north-of-the-equator, Jackie’s also boasts a wide selection of treats from all over the world, from wines and beers to imported meats and pate’ to Spanish and Italian-inspired appetizers and tapas. You can relax in the patio area or be closer to the action at the wine bar with your friends.
