Trodos is the largest mountain range on the Mediterranean island of Cyprus, which its rich culture began 11,500 B.C. The highest peak is Mt. Olympus (1952 meters). Trodos is clustered with Byzantine monastaries and churches on its peaks and nestled in its valleys with picturesque mountain villages clinging to terraced hill slopes. Our Mediterranean cuisine is one of the healthiest, most well balanced diets in the world.

Some of the rulers and civilizations that affected our cuisine are The Hittities, Phonecians, Assyrians, Egyptians, Persians,Romans, the rule of Richard the Lion Hearted,(who was married in the city of Limassol).The Lousignainan Dynasty,the Venetians and the Ottomans also exerted their influence. Here the noble history continues. Our soup, salads, kebabs & fish are prepared daily and served in an atmosphere of warmth and hospitality in the tradition of the Mediterranean region.
