Owner, Niki Stavrou, is actually Greek, but she learned all about good, simple, authentic Cuban cooking from her Cuban born ex-husband.

These days Niki's stepson, Vic, is the executive chef. Having grown up immersed in the Cuban culture and eating Cuban food every day of his 37 years, Vic is enthusiastic and well-trained in the world of Cuban cuisine. Together Vic, Niki, and an awesome crew work hard every day to continue bringing you the best Cuban food in Minneapolis! It's a family affair :)
